Our signature waffle, the Belgian Sugar waffle (aka Liège waffle) is not the waffle sold in most restaurants in America today. Ours is made from a dense dough encrusted with imported pearl sugar from Belgium. When baked in the waffle irons, the dough cooks and the pearls caramelize. This results in a rich, sweet, indulgent waffle.
We use the finest ingredient imported from Europe to make the most authentic Belgian waffle outside Belgium. Our dough is handcrafted in order to ensure the exclusivity of its texture.
To ensure freshness, the waffles are baked right in front of you and then topped with your choice of our delectable topping offerings.

These are quite possibly the best waffles I’ve ever had, the breakfast, coffee and service are equally good! I’ve tried a little bit of everything except the hot tea and can highly recommend it all! The only drawback is the space is small so plan accordingly but the staff is very efficient and keeps things moving. If you have a large party I would recommend possibly calling ahead for accommodations. Absolutely wonderful stop and we will definitely be back. You just need to build one closer to us in Massachusetts! <3

Great tasting waffles, courteous staff, cool decor. My family went and it happened to be the second anniversary. We were met at the door, greeted with cheerful smiles and small talk. We ordered. The food came out quickly. The food was fresh, delicious and authentic. The cafe was a little tight for the amount of chairs and tables but it wasn’t packed and you’re asked to finish within 60 minutes by a small sign for other guests to sit. It was definitely authentic. I visited Belgium last year spring. The mannekin pis was a nice touch. It’s conveniently located and has plenty of parking. Visited Brown Butter creations after.

Wow, it’s a very fun waffle place. Delicious sweet and crunchy sugary raffle with a variety of usual toppings. 10 house specialties, but they’re all good. It’s not cheap, 8$ each on average, but it’s a great little treat. Seating is a but tight, most inside, only 2 tables outside. Service a bit slow as well.

This place is very comfy and have amazing delicious waffles! Me and my mom went to this place for early morning breakfast and we had a great time! The two waffles we got were the Liege and Brussels. Both waffles were very delicious and can vary depending on what kind of mood you are in! I recommend this spot for whenever you want something sweet and savory! 10/10!

Absolutely WONDERFUL food, service, and people! I really love the added avocado toast, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and other breakfast foods recently loaded onto the waffle-filled menu! I hope they are able to expand because the seating does feel cramped at times. But I’ll still come back again & again because Zinneken’s THAT good.

This establishment is absolutely spectacular. We’ve been here multiple times and came again today for breakfast. We had both savory and sweet waffle dishes, and they were the best I’ve ever eaten in my life. Even at its busiest, the workers keep the entire establishment spotless, from the dining area to the restrooms. The decor is charming, and old European. The owners of this family run spot are very kind and easygoing and you can tell they have pride in what they do. Espressos and cappuccinos were delicious per usual. We will be sure to come back whenever we’re in town again.
