I ordered food from here twice. The first time the food was cold and the fries were hard, like old hard not crispy. The 2nd time I ordered tenders and they were completely soggy and not crispy at all and they didn’t have fries at all I was told. Do not recommend.

Horrible service, first off it was 6pm when we went through drive thru. We pull up to the speaker and I tried to order a pot pie was told they sold out, you mean to tell me with 4 hours remaining that they are open they could not make more pot pies and btw this isn’t the first time I heard this. The New Kensingtons location is also guilty of this. I could understand if it was one hour to closing but 4 hours come on oh but it gets better. Then we try to order French fries and are told sorry we’re out of those. How in the world do you run out of your most popular side guess someone needs to learn to order inventory better. Then we ask for chicken Littles, but I am sure you guessed it yet again out of the buns to make the chicken Littles. We did order nuggets which were OK did not get all the sauces we requested, had to ask him again before we left and he just grabbed a few and gave to us. I ordered a 3piece chicken combo big box meal. I asked if I could get all chicken legs in orignal recipe guess what that didn’t happen. I recieved 1 chicken leg and 2 thighs. The thighs were not cooked well, you could see the breading wasn’t completely crisp in fact all 3 pieces were soggy. The only thing I enjoyed was the mashed potatoes and the coleslaw. I really hope someone from corporate reads this cause both the Harmarville and the New Kensington PA locations need some work.

Absolutely the worst, place an order online was totally out of product and closed early after a staffing issue. Will never order from this place again. Asked to speak to manager and they totally shrugged it off like it was an inconvenience for them. ♂️

Ordered 2 famous bowls and didn’t get chicken in either of them. I tried calling them and they don’t pick up. It goes to a dead line. It’s 2.5 hours before close and I was one of 2 people in line at the time.

I walked into the lobby, and the employee said it was closed because there aren’t enough people. Well she’s standing there at the register so alright whatever. Then when I try to leave out one door she made me leave out the other one instead because she didn’t want to go and relock the door behind me. Outstanding

Went through drive-through for a quick bite to eat. The lady at the drive there told me it would be 10 minutes before she could wait on me. Don’t know what was going on but that’s a little ridiculous. At that point you should just close if you can’t wait on people
