For me, this location has been consistent. I got a Brooklyn style pepperoni night before last and it was excellent. Hot and fresh. I got the same tonight with “extra cheese” and it was even better. I complimented the staff (different crew than the other night) on the fact that the pizza was very good, and they were really appreciative. I’ll continue to get this menu item, especially for the relatively reasonable price and the quality. I tried to order a “Big New York” pizza from a competitor on Woodland Blvd. in FLG and it was inedible. Unless I find something better, this is my go-to for now.

Very happy with Robert the General Manager. We had an absolutely terrible experience with another pizza place. They cussed us out and told us in very colorful language not to call before they were open. I called papa John’s and they were very happy to help and make it happen even before they were open. They have earned my business. Simple customer service goes a long way!

$162 order was never delivered. I am in Phoenix but ordered it to be delivered to Prescott employees and volunteers for lunch. Only learned hours later that it was NEVER DELIVERED. Called & spoke with the Papa John’s manager who said the online order somehow showed a delivery date for the following day & responded “I can’t go back in time, so what do you want me to do?” Terrible service at every turn. If I could give a 0 rating, I would since that’s exactly the level of service and amount of pizza received.
