Considering we may be accustomed to excellent service at Fogo de Chão in San Antonio and Houston, please take this review with a grain of salt. The ambiance is pleasant, but the salad bar is somewhat disappointing, featuring more decorative items than actual edible ones. Upon our arrival, our server greeted us with an apparent lack of enthusiasm for their job. My order for a coke was forgotten, and I had to request it again, which appeared to annoy our server. After the coke finally arrived, our server placed the bottle and glass of ice on the table and left, leaving me to fill it myself. While I don’t mind filling my glass, it’s worth noting that in the full experience, they usually keep refilling your glass throughout the meal.

This is a fantastic location for a fogo! Very beautiful dining room and very busy area of course to be expected on a Saturday evening! The servers were friendly and accommodating when we said no pork at our table and the manager was so cool about getting us lamb chops brought to our table both cooked medium, and medium well. Hats off to that gentleman! Would come back.

We really loved the entire experience. It was very busy, but then again it was a Valentine’s Day weekend. All the servers were attentive and the food was phenomenal. I wish I had a bigger stomach to eat more of it all! I also really appreciated that their polenta fries are gluten free! Made my allergy self happy to enjoy a fried piece of something delicious.

I came here to have a nice lunch with family. The food was amazing and I was happy to find the cauliflower steak since I’m not a red meat fan. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Service was lackluster at best though. Our server, Chris (I believe), did a fantastic job…but he was sent on a break while we were there and no one picked up our table while he was gone. We went over 20 minutes without getting service. It was not his fault at all and I thoroughly enjoyed him as our server. However, when we were done with our meal and leaving several of the other staff made the comment, “Finally. Now maybe we can get a break.” Incredibly rude and unprofessional to say in front of customers. What was supposed to be a nice meal and treat for family members was ruined in that moment. We will not be back to this location.

My girlfriend and I decided to visit for the first time a few days ago and it left us a lasting impression. We tried a variety of meats that paired well with our cocktails, which arrived pretty swiftly. Definitely something we took notice during a busy weekend in uptown. To top it off service was even better. Jason & Earnest took care of us and recommended a delicious cheesecake because I had mentioned how desert is our favorite! Other servers were also being attentive. We will definitely be back soon!

Came to this location for the 1st time. The decor is very nice & great to look at. Went for a birthday. Our waiter was 2 days in the job, but he was very attentive & really made sure that everything was on point. The waiters that brought the food around were steadily coming around to make sure that you had each meat. Everything was tender & we couldn’t get enough. Lmbo. Be prepared to spend a little money, but it was worth it.
