Pomodoro Pizza & more pizza joint serves Italian food of all kinds. Unlike other local pizza joints, the decor is more Italian and culturally influenced than others, being more Americanized. However, the place does claim their pizza as New York style. The service is very nice, greet you, and take out food at the time promised.

Second time ordering pizza from here, the first time it was amazing so we decided to try again, this time the pizza is was so greasy that we couldn’t even eat it, the cheese slid off the pizza we were left eating grease filled dough. Called in and they said they didn’t know what to tell me, and that if I ordered extra cheese that’s how it should be. Will never order again.

Best pizza in Brandon. Family atmosphere. My Dad loved this place… They are a small place. Will get to know you by name.. my Dad loved that. And there’s a Sicilian slices are so good. I’m from Long Island N.Y no please in Hillsboro county has Sicilian pizza like here. Love love this place❤️

If I could give the 10 stars I’d still be complaining that I couldn’t give them FIFTEEN! I grew up in Jersey and while a lot of pizza places claim to be “New York” style not only does Pomodoro’s claim to be “Jersey” style (yes there’s a difference) they deliver on it! If you live in Valrico or Brandon and this isn’t your go to pizza spot, you must not know it’s there. Hands down one of the best pies I’ve had since I left Jersey. We also had the garlic knots, little garlic pillows from heaven, and the sauce was amazing too. I only wish I’d have known about this place sooner. I will definitely be going back for more.

I wanted some New York Style Pizza . I googled location this one came up . First try and I’m a believer . I ordered the special with the Pizza and Wings , Antipasto salad and garlic knots and a drink . It was really good ,extremely impressed plus the prize was great . It doesn’t get any better plus many different dishes to choose from . Whatever your heart desires and really friendly staff . Love it .

I live 8 years in U.S. this is the 1st pizza that makes me very happy! I am a picky Chinese pregnant lady but I like the pizza so much that I just want to come back the next day. But my husband stopped me so we can only get 2 pizzas in 3 days. The pizza here taste so fresh and healthy. Maybe my pizza sounded a bit ridiculous ( I have also never ordered one myself) the staff was trying to re-ensure it was what I want then he giggle at me on the phone. They were all good looking people so I forgive them I enjoy my pizza BIG Time and I will come back again. Everyone are super friendly here and watching the hand toss pizza is so cool!

This was severely disappointing given how highly rated busy it is. First of all it actually took an hour to make one pizza and an order of wings. The garlic parmesan wings were dry and flavorless even with the sauce. The pizza. Wow. First of all i requested light peppers and onions, and it was not light. Then it was sloppy and soggy. Literally just felt like it was sat in water. I only ate the top half of a few slices because that’s the only part where the crust wasn’t soaked. I will say that part was quite good. That’s the only reason there’s more than 1 star. Maybe it was just an off day? But based off of that experience, I would not try it again or recommend.
