We love Puccini’s. They have unique pizza and great pasta. I have never had anything there that was not delicious. Their salads are always fresh…like super fresh. Sometimes the food does come out a bit slow but very much worth the wait. We were sad when the Hamburg location closed but we do travel across town for this amazing food!

It’s OK. I’d ordered a calzone and ended up with a sub sandwich. It wasn’t as tasty as other meatball subs I’ve had at other restaurants. The waitress implied it would be a long wait for the calzone so I didn’t switch. My friends both seemed to enjoy their dinner but I was left feeling pretty meh about the whole experience. I would try again, maybe other items would be better.

Used to love this place but we had to fight fruit flies for food a couple months ago. We gave them another shot tonight but the AC must’ve been busted because it was hot as a pizza oven. We tried powering thru but after 10 minutes of no service (even after the hostess asked if we’d been helped and a waitress visited the table next to us twice), we tapped out. I REALLY hope they turn it around but right now it’s awful.

If we were local I’d be at this place all the time. I came here with my mom and grandma during a road trip, and we all loved it. The dough on our calzones was perfect – soft, golden, just the right amount of chewy. And the fillings were great! The chicken, the veggies, the sauces… The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for access and for parking. The price was also right. Extremely reasonable, especially for travellers. It was nice to have such an affordably priced meal amidst all the high prices that can pop up on a trip! Would definitely go here again.

As others have mentioned, definitely a gnat problem. We had to move tables because of the scale of the gnat attack, and one also landed in my wine. However, my glass was replaced promptly, kindly, and free of charge, and it wasn’t as bad sitting in the middle. Our server Meghan was perfect, and the rest of the staff was also extremely accommodating, attentive and friendly. food was delicious, we have always loved puccini’s, but I do urge the management to address the issue of fruit flies.

Good food and our server was great! My only complaint is that the air conditioner doesn’t work or half works. It’s been like this for almost a year. We usually do take out for this reason. Please fix the air conditioner. It’s miserable to dine in
