This location was recently opened and it’s really quite stunning from its interiors housed inside a former turn-of-the-century bank. Beautiful architecture. A modernist design similar to that in Stockholm but with that unique blend of old to newer style keeping intact the original copper tiled ceilings. The menu choices include a [vegan] selection which is reasonably priced and very delicious. Portions are very admirable and the service and quality ‘too-notch’ … really great people behind the counters serving and super friendly. Overall a wonderful experience and great midday meals on-the-go.

The customer service at this location is consistent ! They truly are leaders in their roles and Every-time I come I get consistent quality and treated so kindly . I’m a retail Manager myself over 15 years and I’m always silent shopping and they take the cake out of the chipotle experiences I’ve had . Ordered the new brisket in a bowl with fajita veggies. Can’t taste the brisket – because raw onions are very powerful. Literally chunks of raw onions in the bowl. Never again.

Management is terrible and it’s a hit or miss with service. Just like all Chipotles the portions are small. Also I was just there and the lettuce was freezer burned and the managed was a *umb*ss.

Horrendous food. I picked it up for me and my husband, both white and brown rice was clumpy and undercooked at the same time !! There were random pieces of green pepper which my husband doesn’t eat in his bowl. Never had such sloppy, disgusting food before. We drove away and we’re short on time so couldn’t go back. Will go anywhere else but here. Threw both bowls out.

The place is big and spacious. Plenty of seating available. The time I went it was an inconvenience because you had to place your online to have them prep you the food to go. Even though they were there and could had taken your order. The main food line was not available due to a missing glass that made in unable to put the food out. The food quality is what is to be expected of the restaurant chain, but the way this place operates lacks practicality.
