There were 4 cars ahead of mine and after 45 minutes of waiting they drove off. I called the store and ask them if they were having problems when I pulled out of the drive thru and went to go in. They locked the doors as I was walking up so I called and asked if they were having problems and the manager said no so I asked why all the people were leaving the drive thru.she told me I had not been in line for 45 minutes and I said how do you know because she wasn’t out timing how many people had been waiting to be served. Each car ahead of me waited 15 minutes before leaving so it was 45 minutes or more. She said that there was another burger King up the road but I am very disappointed that they have no idea what was going on at the store. Then telling me I hadn’t waited that long. I will never go to this burger King ever again because I don’t appreciate manager’s that don’t own up to their job.
