After placing an online order with Taco Bell to ensure the staff had plenty of time to throw together our order, we picked it up only to be rudely greeted by “I think this is the correct order” that was quickly dropped off with attitude and a dismissive tone. The bag was very light, which was the first give away that we had the incorrect order. We went back to get the correct one. After being ensured everything was in there, we got home and started to take out our order and realized we didn’t have the complete order again… it made me disappointed because I know how fast paced the job can be, which is why I tried to work with the employees in ordering way ahead of time. Overall, not a great experience, not even a good one.

As of this post the location is a bit rundown and has been for months. Mainly Drive through Maintenance 3/4ths of the menu doesn’t have backlighting and the screen on the speaker box hasn’t been on this has been outstanding since late 22 as I can recall. It doesn’t look like the most inviting Taco Bell, and the Crew is Still pumping out the Quality I expect. Good service, I haven’t received an inaccurate order from the location even on the busiest of evenings

The staff at this location is almost always very friendly, the food is hot, and my family of 3 can still eat for about $13. The biggest issue I have comes from the Taco Bell app. They have made changes to it again, disallowing certain customizations. I hope they fix these issues, because otherwise, we always have great experiences here.

Taco Bell-Tates Creek center Lexington, KY. Grilled steak burrito good. The drive thru employee was a little rude. Could use training on how to speak to customers. Parking is terrible in the afternoon.

The drive thru worker had no idea if there were any box meal specials. His attitude was not friendly. Did not respond to questions. So we went slow and basic with him.

This is literally for the rude child that got really upset that I didnt fill a customers drinks on a doordash order. The child who got super rude and starting slamming items down in front of me. Just an fyi, dashers do not have food service licenses. Our job is to pick up a COMPLETED order and delivery it to the customer. We are not to handle food, open bags or fill drinks. I have reported your store to doordash who will report it to the health department.

Literally both times I’ve gotten soft tacos here, the stuff inside the tacos, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes were just SPLATTERED inside the wrapping and all over the tortilla. So gross looking and so messy
