When I usually order here everything be perfect until today I ordered breadsticks and pizza and ended up with 2 orders of breadsticks . I highly would not recommend ordering from this location over the phone. I placed an order for 6 hot wings and the manager (he said he was) never put my order in. I offered to come in and pick the wings up to make it easier for the driver and he said I would receive my order in 40 minutes. I called to check on my order for the second time and yet never received the order. I then went to Domino’s and received my food with no attitude or hesitation. 0/10 recommend.

Not friendly at all… I come to this location because the one on clemmonsville rd is awful. Over the years, this location is getting just like clemmonsville rd. The girl or lady that works the cash register is not friendly at all. She has the nastiest attitude. No customer service skills at all. Please hire more friendlier people. It’s worst when I have to face this type of behavior and you’re dealing with my food.

I don’t know who was answering the phone tonight….but they really shouldn’t be allowed a job in customer service! Apparently taking an order for a cheese and tomato pizza was too complex based on the giant sighs I got everytime I spoke. I ended up telling them I’d take my business elsewhere because they clearly felt like my calling them was an inconvenience. This was my first time ordering from Papa John’s. I thought I’d give them a try but I’ll be sticking with Dominos. At least the staff there have always been nice whereas this dude was just rude for no reason!

Really good pizza. Always hot and fresh. Just had the new Stuffed Crust Pizza and it was delicious. I highly recommend it and I usually don’t eat stuffed crust. Tastes way better with a marinara cup. And please, tip your delivery driver reasonably. thanks.
