This Boston Market is the worst location I’ve ever frequent. They never have anything I asked for. They always say all we have is chicken. I asked for a side of hot sauce and they told me they didn’t have any when getting a drink they only give you three to four options to choose from when they have multiple option on the menu . this place is a joke. And this has been on multiple occasions. The rotisserie chicken had no flavor no seasoning no salt nothing Bland. The green beans were cold cornbread with hard. Boston Market has really gone down from where it was a few years back. This location I will not frequent this location again. This place needs to be closed down or new ownership or management needs to take over.

This was the worst Boston market I have ever eaten at, the building was dirty, counter dirty, Flys everywhere, the restroom were dirty, had no supplies, I told the Manager that the food wasn’t good, he reply sorry. Me and my Girlfriend got food Poisoning. We both were sick for 2 days. Window dirty, I was like dang.

I placed an order online to pick up. I am so glad I went in to get my order. Half of it was not even packed. I was given half my order and then had to show my receipt of what I ordered. Normally, the sweet potato casserole is a hit, but this was a HUGE miss. It was a soupy puree. The mac and cheese was awful. I hate I even purchased these items for work.

The location leaves much to be desired, I had a lot without buying at Boston Market, I had never been to this location, the cornbread was very very dry, I placed my order online since according to they have different menus (specials) online and in person, I paid for extra breads and they didn’t put them, my package had an apple pie that they didn’t put either, the chicken was dry, I was calling several times to tell them and they just leave the phone off the hook so I don’t receive calls, more than 2 hours and the line kept ringing busy I really won’t be going back to this location.

Don’t come to this restaurant if you don’t want stomachache . I ordered family meal in the afternoon going home their soup and the rice already rotten but specially the soup smelI very bad . I bring back and let them know the lady work their checked and said she didn’t know the soup from yesterday already rotten . No sorry at all . I just want let you know should avoid this one or check your foods before you left their restaurant.I don’t know how they can passed inspection from health department .

If I could take away stars on the Boston Market in Grand Prairie off of 20 I definitely would! This was the worst food experience I’ve had in years! They ask what we wanted to eat and then told us they didn’t have it instead of telling us what they had left. The staff was rude. The food was cold. There was clearly three people ordering food and they didn’t give us but two forks. We tried to go back and get another one through the drive-thru where we were in the first place and they wouldn’t answer the window. They didn’t even have iced tea. I will not go back to that Boston Market until there is changes or I forget it’s the one that gave me such bad service and food

the mac and cheese was mushy, sweet potatoes were like baby food, bread was stale and had lumps, everything was cold and gross, and there were bugs everywhere. not to mention half the drinks were out and there was no ice.
