Besides the attitude I got going through the drive thru and the loud sucking of the teeth because I asked for whip cream to be added to my iced coffee, it was fine. The iced coffee was great. Work on the customer service and the drive thru experience will be great all over. A customer shouldn’t drive away upset and wondering why were they treated that way, when they gave no occasion for it. All because I forgot to ask for the whip cream in the beginning? Really? But thanks for the iced coffee!

Oh wow we ordered only 3 items and the girl who took our order disappered.. What??!!! How it could this happen? WE ONLY ORDERED 3 ITEMS!!! 2 drinks and 1 donut! So disappointed how the staff doesn’t care about proper service to their costumers these days… The worker who made our drinks completed our order.

My iced coffee was way too sweet. I never asked for light and sweet so I’m not sure why it was a diabetic nightmare in a cup. The cream cheese was slopped on my bagel; as if three seconds to smooth it out would be asking too much. And the amount of cream cheese on it was way too heavy handed for my liking; and I like a good amount of cream cheese. I’ll be sticking to Starbucks.

I’d rather go 40 minutes out of my way to Jesup and back than ever return here. I went inside to order so my daughter could pick out her doughnuts The employee at the counter was not very friendly. Her attitude was abrasive. I ordered the frozen butter pecan coffee. She never asked if I wanted the whipped topping. I assumed she was putting it on. There was no whipped topping when I got my drink. I asked her for it, and she was very rude in her response. She informed me that I didn’t order “that drink.” MY DRINK IS VERY BLAND. It tastes like milk and ice. It doesn’t even look like it has coffee in it. I’m not a frequent Dunkin shopper but I do know I will not return here.
