I finally made it out to the long awaited Bag o Crab! It was fantastic! We Went on a Saturday and it was quite busy. Once we were seated the food service was fast, hot, and delicious.Side note there was very loud mix of hip hop music playing. Just a note for those who may not particularly like loud atmosphere. Take my took advice to NOT come on a weekend to avoid the lines. The combos are great if you can’t decide and want to try different items. We also ordered some additional shrimp on the side but we probably could have gone without as well. We liked a little kick so we opted for the atomic sauce (mixture of everything) medium and it was awesome. I recommend getting shrimp with head since I think it adds some additional flavor too. All in all I thought the food was quick and interesting to see a robot deliver your food. They come with the server as well so they are quick if you need anything. Much like other spots you can ask for butter and lemon on the side. The butter comes hot but does curdle so you can always as for more. They also bring limes over lemons here but not sure if that is always the case. All in all, it was a pretty solid spot if you’re craving seafood.

We ate here with the gift certificate from Christmas. Everything was absolutely amazing. I’ve had all-you-can-eat crawfish in Louisiana, and this was almost as good. I really enjoy the Bag o’ Crab and we’ll be going back again.

The place is nice. It has a different vibe than other crab places. It’s more casual-fast than a restaurant. The service was fine. I do recommend ordering your spice 1 level lower than what you like. I definitely like my food with heat, but this is a long burn. After a few bites, the heat definitely works its way up.

Not bad outside of the big cities, good portion size and good sauce. This chain doesn’t give out the lemon, salt and pepper for dipping though, and the legs aren’t as fresh or big, maybe it’s the season

We ordered a three pound of mussels and when we got them to try them they were way to spicy. They were also very greasy. I couldn’t even eat the food in peace without huffing and puffing. The atmosphere is nice but I didn’t enjoy the food at all. Highly disappointed too that they rather let their customer eat the food in pain. Not coming back ever.

Being a fist time customer i was not satisfied by the service. The food was great in taste and presentation.They can improve on training there servers to acknowledge their customers up on arriving. The rest of my party was about 5 mins away. I let the server know this before hand as she took our drinks and food order.When the rest of my party arrived it took her about 15-20mins to take their order.Keep in mind she kept passing and at some point stood my the soda machine just looking around.

first time going with my little family. just 2 adults and a baby in her carseat. the server helped us set the chairs for the carseat to sit safer. it was busy for a 5pm monday but i think we came just before the rush. smaller than i expected but i like the chill vibe for a seafood place. prices were fair for quality and quantity of food. i didn’t quite taste most of the flavors in the “atomic sauce” and the medium spice level but will def try other flavs on their own. food came out fairly quickly but good! some places bring food out early and it’s like bleh.

First time here. We bought a Cajun fish plate and a calamari basket. Although the fish plate was tasty, the calamari was inedible. Do you see the onion rings in the background? Those are calamari rings. We couldn’t bite into them and when we tried just popping it into our mouths, it was just rubbery and took an uncomfortable amount of time to chew. Each of us tried one and then put it aside. Really disappointed. We didn’take it up with mgmnt because we just stopped in for a quick bite before a movie.
