The employee who was working the register, Justin, was very friendly and came to check on us at our table, brought us boxes and was happy to refill our beverages. My husband loves McAlister’s Deli. He’s says all the food is delicious. I’ve never ordered McAlister’s before today but I agree with him. We got the king clubs and potato salad, It was so yummy!! The sweet tea and unsweet tea are both good!

The service was fast and good. The guy in the picture who took my order genuinely cared had a welcoming attitude and happy to be there working. The menu has a good selection and have always enjoyed the baked spud options. It’s a more than decent size spud and fair portion. Food was hot and cleanly presented not just chucked on the plate.

The staff was friendly, prompt and attentive. The meals were enough to feed everyone another meal for later. I ate half the potato (which was basically two of them together) and half the sandwich. They didn’t short me on any of the fixings and the sides were very tasty as well. The chili is thick and the service at dinner time was quick.

We had a wonderful experience at this McAlisters. We arrived just 20 minutes before close and had our toddler with us who was way over hungry. We were greeted at the door. They were already mopping and had the booth section roped off. We were going to get food and just eat outside, but they insisted we eat inside and could use a booth and they’d just re-clean that section. Miss Jackie even brought our daughter a cookie while we were waiting for our food to be made. Everything was so fresh and tasty. And the service was above and beyond!

The atmosphere was fine and the food was okay. There were a lot of employees in the building and not a lot of them doing anything. The girl taking the orders was also the girl running the food and the register gave her trouble with every customer she was working with.
