Had a delicious pork sandwich today via take-out. It reminded me of the Vietnamese eats in New Orleans. The french bread was amazing as was the pork & sauce. Veggies were perfect as well! Will be going back next time with my family to sit down and enjoy! Service was kind and fast!

Friendly service, food was incredibly sumptuous. The Chicken Pho broth made me want to curl up in a recliner and sip it like a fine wine. It was perfectly balance in flavor. The chicken was tender and all the herbs and spices were super fresh and fragrant. My 2 spring rolls were plump with 3 fat tender shrimp, pulled pork and the crispy onions and fresh herbs.

Visited for the first time yesterday. Had the Shaking Beef with fried rice and the “East Buns -Pork” appetizer. The food was incredibly good and flavorful!. My colleague had steak Pho and enjoyed it! Excellent service!

I have eaten Pho at various places around town and the East Cafe have the best pho by far!!! Van and Rose are the nicest people I’ve met, they are very accommodating to my request. Love, love the taste of the beef pho, and the other dishes that they serve.

Had the pho, pork sandwich, and veggie spring rolls. Yum. Pho spice taste had a personal accent reminding me of a home restaurant. PS. I love pho. Rolls were good. Daughter had the salmon poke. Was satisfied. Do I recommend. Absolutely.

I found only two vegetarian options: Vegetable spring rolls and edamame but was craving a Banh Mi. I asked the friendly waitress if they could make a vegetarian sandwich. After a few questions she left and returned with a 8″ long baguette-like sandwich filled generously with braised tofu accompanied by cucumber, grated carrots, and cilantro. The slightly spicy, salty, bean paste braised tofu was delicious, and the bread fresh and crunchy on the outside. I will return.

Great Vietnamese restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious. The menu is similar to other Vietnamese restaurants. Great location in the Colonnade where Max’s Deli used to be. Will be back.
