Hello Sunshine!!! The Sunrise House was a great Brunch experience. The two ladies who reviewed our reservation, which I believe one was the manager, provided great customer service. Jniya our waitress was wonderful. She made sure to always check on us, knowledgeable about the menu and provided suggestions. The aesthetics were on point! The gold silverware, gold caution floor sign and the gold Hanging faucets in the restroom was a nice touch. The drinks we had ordered was the Watermelon Sangria and the Sun Drop. The drinks were very well mixed and loved how each one had a unique look. Not only did the food look good it tasted good too with flowers beautifully placed on the dishes. The breakfast sushi was delicious and different! The wasabi sauce, please add with caution. Excellent flavor but a punch of spice to the face. The Sunnyside eggrolls were good but I wished it had a little bit of spice. The bacon that comes with The Sunrise House Breakfast dish was very tasty! My sisters and I enjoyed our brunch experience. If you plan on dining, I recommend making a reservation.

Came in with a reservation and was seated 45 min afterward. We were also told we would be given complimentary mimosas for the wait, but only they came in after we requested our final bill, and it was warm. We ordered lattes, but we were served teas instead. Once the food came out, we requested utensils and had to split one napkin between the entire party. Queso was OK; it lacked some flavor and little stale. Also, no substitution or modifications could be made to our plates in case we wanted to make it veggie friendly. The portions were not reflective of the pricing but tasted OK. It seemed like the servers were poorly prepared for handling their clients, so they weren’t given a chance to succeed. Management wasn’t communicating with their team. It wasn’t until we finished our meal that we were notified of the other side plates we initially ordered that they were no longer available. Parking is valet only, so be prepared unless you find street parking. Cute decor and plenty of walls for your IG pictures, though.

Came here for breakfast with my girlfriends for one of their birthdays, and upon entering, the staff was very friendly, and the Decour was beautiful. We did have to sit at the bar because they had reservations for everyone, but we were seated immediately, which was great. Dose and ANGEL took care of us and the service was absolutely amazing. The best lemon drop I’ve had in a while. Chef’s kiss* i ordered the shrimp and grits, and we also had some deviled eggs as an appetizer and they were so good. 10/10

This place is good for the aesthetics only. The need to focus on perfecting their menu. The shrimp and grits were tasteless & no cheese. The banana pudding chicken & waffles didn’t impress me either. The lemonade was super sweet & my watermelon sangria had too much ice and it was overpriced $20!

I loved it here!!! I came with a couple girlfriends and one of their daughters who is wheelchair bound. We were quickly and easily accommodated which was very helpful. Our server Dose was absolutely incredible. She was kind, welcoming, informative, and overall amazing. She made all the right recommendations and was always making sure we were doing well. I’ll definitely be coming back and requesting her!!!!

One of Houston’s newest BRUNCH places and our visit was nothing short of amazing! Our wait staff Zeke was awesome, Roman took care of us at the bar and ensured that our drinks were with alcohol and Dose double backed around to ensure that our first visit was amazing as well. We give it 15 out of 10! Our food, Sunrise House Breakfast was scrumptious and drinks, Sundrop Martini was great.

Had a wonderful experience at The Sunrise House! Drove by on Thursday made reservations for Saturday morning and so glad we did. Such a great atmosphere and wonderfully friendly service. I ordered the smoked salmon avocado toast sooo good. We all loved our food. I’d also strongly recommend the ‘mini-cinnies’ for a sweet appetizer. We were just in for the weekend but will be back on our next visit.

Yesterday I came in with my close friends that I’ve been knowing for a long time and it was our first time there. The moment we sat down he welcomed us with a warm greeting and informed us that it was their soft opening. He gave us highlights on the menu and his recommendations and also told us about the cocktails such as the watermelon sangria and the sugar honey iced tea which are our favorites and the service was on a point the whole time we was there and we will be coming back with more friends and families thank you Deshunn.
