I really like Culver’s! Food is great! Service is pretty good, too. That gets 5 stars from me. But that parking lot! Please fix the parking lot. It’s been like that for a long time. Why do you make your customers drive through all those holes? The least you could do is fix the big ones.

8pm, I went for a deluxe burger and fries. The fries were ok. However the burger was probably sitting for a while. The bun was soggy, just how I like it. The meat was probably the most satisfying part, cold. However Culver’s never satisfies. There’s no flavor. The ingredients are really high quality. However when you don’t follow quality with flavor, it just falls flat.

Food is good and very consistent. Up selling seems to be a popular thing lately. When ordering a deluxe single they charge and serve you a double. I ordered a strawberry fields salad and asked for crispy chicken instead of grilled. I received a strawberry fields salad and a chicken sandwich. The registers do not have a front facing screen to see your order any longer either. The restaurant always seems clean and busy.

The man at the counter did not know what he was doing. Maybe not listening to us?? The dining room was dirty it was hard finding a clean table. The wait on the food took almost 15 minutes and when we did get the food it came out slapped together and cold. I was scared to eat my chicken sandwich. But of course we didn’t say anything we had to get going and it was getting busy just didn’t have time to wait again.
