Just a great experience at Arby’s today ! The Person that took my order at the drive thru (forgot to get her name at the window) was very pleasant and competent. The 4 for 10 was a great value since there was a lot of roast beef on the sandwiches. The food was hot and the chocolate shake cold. Yummy !

Amazing experience, amazing food! Everything was high quality and nothing was lacking. Buns are amazing, and they are so generous with sauce. Pastries were so fluffy and warm! They did forget to put our chicken nuggets in, we went back through and they were so quick to get us taken care of! Talked to both a guy and girl and they were so friendly!

I didn’t leave a review the first time they messed up my order. Not even the 2nd time. Now the 3rd time, on a busy Friday just wanting to not cook after working all week… They messed up my order. 3x in a row. Everything from missing items to the entire wrong sandwich (after the kid that took my order pause and take a really long time to put in my single combo, puts an entire different sandwich down). I get people make mistakes but this is 3x in 2 weeks. Not OK. I don’t ask for much, I never return food but I pay for my food and I want what I paid for. That’s NOT too much to ask.
