Picasso’s is great! Always a great slice. Love how many different variations they have for their Bold Pies. Probably the best gluten free pizza around also. I would consider this and Bella’s for the best pizza in the south towns.

We absolutely love picassos, it’s the best pizza and wings in buffalo. unfortunately they turned us down for a delivery order because we had cash and not a card. They make it impossible to order without a card and we had to go elsewhere. Im Dissapointed.

I ordered the pizza sub during a work day lunch. Oh my! LOVED IT. They presented an open face sub, cut in quarters and easily could be a French bread pizza. The crust was magnificent. Not over or under cooked. Eat a fourth or fold over each half to make it look like a submarine.

What a great place! Looking for Buffalo style pizza, this was great. Buffalo style is in between NY and Chicago style. Crust is more like Sicilian, but not quite as thick. They use the famous Western NY pepperoni, cupped and charred… The best pepperoni anywhere. We ordered a large with 15 wings . Wings we’re typical Buffalo wings and were outstanding. Pizza was cooked perfectly with the pepperoni slightly charred. We only ate 3 slices each and were stuffed. Perfect lunch for tomorrow. Picasso’s has a few locations here and this one is definitely worth the stop. Girls working were also outstanding! Hats off to Picasso’s , great job!

I’m disappointed with the last two times I’ve ordered from Picassos. Both times I ordered a gluten free pizza with pepperoni and green olive and a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. The first time, the GF pizza only had half green olives and the second time, the large only had half pepperoni and the plain cheese half was so dark, nobody wanted to eat it. (Photo included) I called to address the issue and was told that every pizza is checked before it’s given to a customer. So, no resolution. I emailed Picassos to address the issue and there has been no response.

Placed order over the phone told 25 minutes. When we got there they hadn’t even started the order we had to wait for them to cook the food. We had to reassemble the subs because they were tossed together so fast, very sloppy.

The pizza from Picasso’s is one of the best in this area, but the customer service in Blasdell is the worst. Picked up online order and returned home to find it was not what I had ordered. My fault for not looking at it before leaving but when I talked to the supposed manager she informed me that is what I ordered and did not make any attempt to fix the order. She was rude and unprofessional. I would definitely drive to another location and avoid this one. After the review was posted they reached out to me. They were extremely professional and concerned about the issue and handled it as soon as possible.

Avoid this place. Ordered BBQ wings…they were literally inedible, burnt solid and black. Not sure what kind of restaurant would consider serving these to a customer. Tried to get refund but they demanded I drive the charred wings back to them. HA! This place is a joke.
