We had a large graduation party. We showed up an hour before they closed. The owner was so sweet and accommodating. I love the fact that the fish and other items is cooked to order. We had red snapper, yellow rice, brown rice, greens, Mac and cheese, Oxtails, catfish and lemon pepper shrimp. Everything was good. We’ll go back midday when they have all available food options so we can try more. Overall it was great.

HIDDEN GEM! This spot right here is definitely a hidden gem in Tampa. The staff was super friendly and the food was sooo good! I ended up getting the jerk chicken which had so much flavor. The Mac n cheese is a must order and I got the yams which were super delicious. I also. Got the green machine smoothie which was really good also!

They do not skip corners with anything! Nothing is made from frozen, even the smoothies. The Merck chicken and rice & peas are flavorful and tender! Plantains cooked to perfection. Mac & cheese is perfectly balanced (cheese amount is cheesing)! The lovely is such a wonderful soul. Her customer service is unmatched & her spirit will make you feel like you’re home. I’ll be retuning to try the and cakes!

Delicious food! Everything is seasoned to perfection. I came on the last Sunday of April so I got to try the brunch menu. I loved my oxtail dish. The owners are Haitian so the rice was excellent! The customer service is amazing as well!

Went by the cafe today and ordered the vegan Hawaiian meat ball with rice/peas, cabbage, and plantains. Everything was hot and delicious. The amount of food was more than enough and will return back. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

I only found out about Mangos a couple weeks ago and I’ve already been there 3 times! The food is authentic, fresh, and DELICIOUS. The customer service is amazing, they are very kind, friendly to customers, and patient with explaining the menu. So far I have tried the shrimp and grits, mac and cheese, plantains, jerk chicken with dirty rice which are all to die for! I definitely recommend the jerk chicken. They also have amazing drinks including the sweet tea and purple rain juice (my favorite). Will definitely be back many times!

This was only my 2nd visit however both experiences have been great! The food was delicious, the customer service is delightful and the music was ! Definitely worth the ride and will be back I had the lunch special with jerk chicken, peas and rice with some oxtail gravy (if you know you know), cabbage, Mac and cheese and sweet tea (definitely try the tea).

Visiting on a whim because we were next door getting tattoos. Wow! What a delightful find! Among four of us we had three different dishes and ALL of it was delicious. I highly recommend the curry. Perfect blend of flavor and heat. We will definitely be back to check out brunch.
