So I just ordered a pizza and breadsticks for my daughter. I asked for the delivery driver to call or text when outside because people have a hard time finding my apartment. The driver sat my food on the ground and when I got it there was a bug in my food. I called to try and get this issued resolved only to be put on hold and passed around for about 7 mins. Then someone gets on the phone and says I can give you a credit for next time you order and I said no I want my money back for this order then she proceeded to huff and puff with an attitude and say that’s going to take 5 business days!! I’m not sure if google post Live Photos but it was taken live and you can see the bug crawling around!!

You will talk to someone on the phone & you are being nice about your order, & your not even complaining & next thing you know some guy would just hang up on you & you was just being nice & still talking and it was 12:A.M. on a Tuesday so they are obviously not busy during that time. Mind you they close at 2:00 A.M.

While weighing options called asking about specials a girl told me over the phone they had a buy one pizza get the other for $5. When I called back a guy answered and said it was online only. When I tried to do it online I spent over 20 minutes trying but the website kept saying there was an error encountered. I called to let them know it’s not working and the guy was very rude and standoffish over the phone and he didn’t even want to work or help out. I figured why even bother placing an order if the guy over the phone gave vibes that I would regret it. Shame use to be my favorite spot to go to late at night.

I’ve made nothing but big orders and tipped $40 because my orders were over $120..but now the guy working the counter is absolutely rude.. a complete jerk. Large white guy. I don’t even want to know his name. Plenty of pizza places so I’m ok.

We tried calling in to order a pizza. Me and my friends are house sitting and we didnt know the address. So when he asked for the address we said hold on so we could check. Then he said call me back when we have all the information in a very rude way and we said hold on we have it then he hung up. So we called back with the address and we laughed because it was funny that we had to call back 2 seconds later and he said we couldn’t pay cash because he said we were prank calling him and we told him we weren’t but all we had was cash. He then hung up again so we called back once more and he threatened to call the police on us.

the last time i asked for extra vegan cheese, they sent me a pizza with a regular amount… i called back the next day and asked for a refund on the extra charge, and i was told that i was given extra cheese. i completely disagreed but left it alone to not make it a bigger deal than it was. this time, i asked for extra cheese and wrote in the instructions to please add extra cheese as last time i wasn’t given extra. i’m so so satisfied with this recent order as i was given extra cheese. i hope they continue doing this for the future. the first picture attached is my pizza with “extra” cheese, the second picture is my current order with actual extra cheese.
