Had lunch here with several friends, the service was great, the food was salty for my taste and the price was about average for the area. I do recommend you give it a try I will be back to order something other than the Italian Beef, I heard the gumbo was very good.

Party of 8 . We had the entire room next to the out door patio to ourselves. Resevations at 6:30 on a Thursday evening. We were seated as soon as we arrived. Took 10 minutes to get menu’s and take drink orders. Took 20 minutes before server returned with drinks (mostly water) to take appitizer and food orders. 25 minute for appitizers to arrive. 35 minutes after appitizers had been served our main order was served. We had been there a hour and a half and we were just jetting our food. I do not eat after 8:00 and I was paying the entire bill so after I am doing take out. Not once did our server ever appoligize or accept responsiblity for the delay. This event would have been tolerable had the place been busy but it was not. The food was ok. Service – lousy. Overall assement – will never be back

Place was not crowded, but we couldn’t find anyone to bring us a menu! Our fifth visit was our last. Too many good alternatives out there to wait 35 minutes for a menu.

It was pretty bad!! I ordered the Cajun dry rub chicken wings… Okay, I am fully aware that i ordered the “dry rub” version. That literally means they are flavored with seasoning instead of drowning in sauce. They should’ve called them dehydrated jerkey wings, zero moisture. It was like trying to eat a piece of wood. Wwwwaaaaayy overcooked!!! Waste of money. The woman who took our order was clearly having a bad day & seemed miserable. Never saw her smile. NOT a good experience. I was truly hoping to have good things to say about this place.

6 stars! The food was absolutely delicious! The Alligator sausage and shrimp pie was outstanding. The Irish pot roast was delicious. And the steak burger horseshoe was fabulous! I will definitely be back. There are so many other things on the menu that I want to try!

It was very, very loud. You had to yell to talk with others at your table. I had the Shrimp and Grits. My friends said it was wonderful, I would love it. I didnt. I think it was Northern Shrimp and Grits. I was expecting Southern Shrimp and Grits! This dish had plain grits with boiled/broiled(?) shrimp, onions, corn, and bacon. Once you ate the topping you, even if mixed, you were still left with bland grits. Northern take on the dish? I was expecting cheesy grits topped with blackened creole shrimp, at the least, with lots of spices. My peach margarita was also bland but did have a good deal of alcohol after I sent it back, as I let the rest of the table try it, to make sure it tasted bland and all agreed it tasted watered down.

The food was amazing, I have been there three times. Ribeye was fixed to my liking. Salmon was tasty with delicious glaze. Meatloaf wrapped in bacon had a hint of smoke and topped with a mild bbq. Potatoes were a perfect smash. Portions were decently hearty.

Excellent food from a creative menu. We will definitely be back to check out more dishes, because we had a hard time deciding. The service was fantastic and our meals were served incredibly quickly.
