Food was good, hot, and sent out quickly. Everything else was bad. Started off with a sticky dirty table, fortunately we had baby wipes with us so we cleaned the table best we could. We told the waitress and all she said was “oh, ok”. The seasoning packets you get with your pizza’s were bad. We opened a few garlic packets and the garlic powder was stuck together and smelled terrible. Our sodas were flat and tasted funny. Wait staff didn’t seam interested in us and most surfaces looked or felt dirty. Bad management and training would explain most problems there. Hoping they get things sorted out.

Calm, family sit down style atmosphere. Waitstaff is very kind and attentive. Big portions of food that are really good. Relatively inexpensive, even with alcoholic beverages. Overall great experience! Highly recommend

I am gluten and dairy sensitive and tonight I ordered the cheeseburger pizza and it was amazing! I also ordered fries without the batter so they had to be baked which takes a little longer but the staff was super kind and accommodating while we waited. The staff is always so kind and go above and beyond to make sure your meal is great!

Update: i tried the Detroit style pizza. Terrible hard ruber crust. Just bad! Warrington location! Pizza was under cooking and had too much cheese. Never in my life have I had pizza from Uno Chicago Grill that was so extremely bad. I will be going back to neshaminy location. Had to put it in the oven to cook the soft crust more. Terrible experience. So disappointed!

Not bad. A different pizza experience. Crust is a bit buttery and flaky, like a biscuit. I would order the deep dish; it is worth the wait. Beer selection is pretty good. Service is usually pretty prompt.

Overall, it was a good experience with good service. My wife and I were not a fan of one of their mix drinks, but that was more of personal preference than an issue. We ordered another option and were pleased. The food was delicious and there are plenty of options.

Fun restaurant. We went to the kids balloon drop for new years. They did a great job and the food was good. They even gave the kids a craft and a toasting glass of sparkling cider. Food menu was good and they even have make your own pizza for kids. Definitely a spot to check out with the family.
