Yesterday evening placed an order to pick up. It was simple and ready on time. Arrived at the drive through window only to wait 10-15 minutes and watch the 4 employees walking around. One employee was outside and saw me but no one ever came to the window so I decided to go in. There was an employee by the window just playing on her phone. Was told no one ever knew I was there…. No manager on duty to report the issue to or I would have.
