They offer an 8 play pass. What they dont tell you is that the play needs to be consecutive weeks, once a week. Its very expensive. I was told that its for 8 visits and those visits can be anytime. After offering the explanation no comps offered. We are out $180 and guess whatour daughters birthday coming up in December we were planning on having here will now be some where else.

While they’ve remodeled, they also stripped the place of any character or fun atmosphere. Visiting on a weekday afternoon, the show volume was turned down all the way. Came in and was the only customer here, had to wait for the employee on break to notice me, then go searching for someone to take my order. She finally got the game mechanic to come help, about the time someone else showed up.

Nostalgic Time.
If you planning on going to Chuck E. Cheese go to the one in Hayward instead because this one is trash now. It used to be better before 2018 but they remodel and ruined the experience that Chuck E. Cheese once have. There are no long animatronics here, the employees are rude and it’s boring.

Today was a total blast. This is the cleanest and best Chuck E cheese we’ve been to. There are a lot more games than some other Chuck E cheese’s I’ve been to too. Really fun games and of all the Chuck E cheeses I’ve been to I think this is my favorite. The manager Leslie was really courteous and kind and very professional and a pleasure to have her there. Definitely coming back!

We visited 2weeks back and enjoyed! Good, Kids fun place! Big area but less option of games! Seems card left over points or time will elapse on the same day after 12am. So can’t be used after some time

Visited mid week so the place wasn’t crowded at all. Fun place to take the kids. Food is not that spectacular and service was weak. I guess playing on their phone is more important. Unfortunately they were understaffed so Chuckie did not show up.

Small arcade area and half the games were broken. Food was not tasty (over cooked pizza). Prices are outrageous!!! Total waste of money.
