Well I think I caught them on the last day they were open, but I’m glad I did. I have enjoyed stopping by there on the way home from fishing trips. They will be open at the Farmers Market in Foley I believe good old Cajun food. Cracklin and boudin really good

boudin this close to home. what I bought today was so far from boudin the owner needs to deny he was ever born in Louisiana. If you want real boudin please go to Scott Louisiana and don’t waste your money here. I wish I hadn’t.

This place has the best Boudin I have ever eaten. And I have eaten lots of Boudin and other Cajun foods. The owners are awesome people also. Many suggest buying the Boudin and air frying it. OMG!

Go buy Walmart boudin. It’s better value and taste slightly better. Even my 5 year old who knows real boudin comes from west of the Mississippi river didn’t like it. Don’t waste your money.

Authentic Cajun, FROM SCRATCH, cooking! Boudin made 6 ways. Fresh bread. Peirots (the real kind full of crawfish). And anything else that catches his fancy. They also have plate lunches with the cooking you might expect… seasoned right, not hot, but just right!

Got cracklings. They were authentic Louisiana cracklings but we’re old, cold and soggy. A bit pricey compared to most places in Louisiana. I’ll give it one more try but if it doesn’t get better I won’t be back.
