Hungry family of six. Ordered pizza and was delivered cold, uncooked, and falling apart. Pasta was still partially frozen. Store would not pick up the phone when trying to call and no voicemail to leave a message. Will never order from this store again

Worst Pizza Hut ever. They got my order wrong. They didn’t care to ask what happened when I showed him the bonesless wings and how they were delivered and if that was satisfactory he said he didn’t know. Looks like someone had these for lunch and just gave the rest to me. Chris who claims to be the manager but only a lead has terrible customer service and frankly did not care to help me.

Proceed with caution ⚠️⚠️. Avoid this Pizza Hut located at 2614 Annapolis Rd, Severn, MD 21144. Besides me not receiving my order, the driver delivering my order Wilfredo lied on the app and said that my order was delivered. I called the store and spoke with Ali and he stated that the driver mistakenly pressed the delivered option, so I patiently waited for an hour and still no delivery. I called the store back fifteen minutes before closing to get a refund because at this point I’m convinced that Pizza Hut has some scammers and liars working for their company. Ali then tells me that the delivery driver came but there was no one home which is BS. Ali was very rude on the phone, dismissive and has no customer service skills. Be honest if you’re short-staffed say you’re short-staffed what I won’t accept is someone making up lies about food being delivered when it wasn’t and then trying to save yourself by saying that I wasn’t home.

Albeit this place is always busy and seeks out of control they got it going on way better than papa Johns. Came in Christmas Eve day cause my kid wanted to use his free pizza coupon and was greeted with the most enthusiastic attitude. Made the wait pleasant.

I did an online order for a supreme pizza, had my husband pick it up only to find out they were out of all the veggies that comes on a supreme pizza! The “supreme” pizza only had pepperoni, sausage and cheese on it! I called up there and the employee who answered the phone told me to look at my receipt and I’d see where it says “NO green peppers, NO mushrooms, NO onions, NO olives.”

Do not come to this pizza hut. My food was cold and soggy. When I brought this up to the manager Wali he was very hostile and rude. I felt uncomfortable and threatened and yet he still proceeded to yell at me. So I just took my soggy pizza home. I will never come here again and I hope no one else does.

Ordered from here twice. Never recieved our delivery order either time. No phone call was ever made to us either. If you don’t want to deliver, just say so. We will pick it up. Didn’t give us a refund either time. Again, if you don’t want to deliver, say that. It’s an eaay fix. But, now its 10pm thursday night and our family has had no dinner.

Decided to get some pizza tonight, two large pizzas, one stuffed crust and it took over 1 hour to receive our pizzas. When we arrived to get our initial order we received the wrong pizza, and instead of pushing our order to the front to correct the issue they made us wait an hour for the remake, meanwhile the one pizza that was made correctly ended up shriveling up and dying. The remade stuffed crust pizza was paper thin and absolutely horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.
