Church’s Texas Chicken in College Park is one of the cleaner Church’s I’ve been to recently. Even the bathroom was clean. The chicken here is excellent; hot, crispy, tender, and tasty. Service was friendly and prompt. All this for a fair price too. I always love getting my fried chicken fix at Church’s. Come on in and getcha some!

It seems that when Tuesday comes for the special there is no spicy chicken. Do you all still sell spicy chicken anymore or is it just on Tuesday?? If that’s the case then you have one customer less. If you can’t supply fully what you’re offering on the other days it should be the same on Tuesday or get rid of the special!!! Or stipulate that it is non spicy, because this wasn’t the case a while back.

We waited 10 minutes for the order. We wanted an 8 piece dinner. However, the clerk stated that he only had about 5 pieces of chicken, maybe. He called us dude several times. We just left. We were visiting from Maryland. We do not have Churches, so we are so excited.

We do not have Church’s in my town so I was glad when I they had one while visiting. The chicken served was old not freshly prepared. I was charged incorrectly with items added to my receipt. When trying to explain to manager she was in a rush and not really listening just seem to want to get me out of the line. The manager did give the missing items that I did not receive. I’m not sure if the staff member at the drive thru was trained properly as she did not apologize for the missing item and wasn’t aware she had wrong charges on the receipt. I understand working a drive thru can be quite stressful at times and dealing with customers can be challenging as well. No one can understand each others situation and I chose that restaurant and expected good customer service and hot fresh chicken. Poor customer service and poorly prepared food is a waste for a very well loved establishment such as Church’s Texas Chicken.

The drive thru is configured terrible. Hard to get in line and into parking lot. Went to get white meat and was told they don’t cook it on Tuesday, and they wouldn’t cook a fresh order. Staff was ghetto and unprofessional.

I was there July 20 around 7:30 had to wait over 30 min for my chicken it was the WORST Fried chicken I ever had it was SO over cooked it was so hard and hard to eat the had a sign up said NO REFUND that’s why I didn’t return it the manager she was a black female with glasses was ghetto and rude very unpleasant will never return to that church’s again it was HORRIBLE THEY NEED TO GET A NEW MANAGER IN THERE ASAP!!!!! Then played un edited music while there were elderly people in the resteraunt so sad and ghetto!!!

This location is slow as molasses! The upside to that is your chicken is hot, and fresh out the grease. Just be prepared to hung out in the drive thru for bout 15-20mins… Yea Fast food isn’t Fast food anymore

It was slow and the people were literally about to come to blows. The lady with the droopy arms was doing alot of yelling and although she was making me nervous she kind of had a point. Because they were terrible and slow. Look at my mash potatoes. It has a country gravy paste like sauce on them. I was really scared to eat them. Thought maybe be spoiled. So me and my family had 12 drums and a biscuit tonight for dinner. They had no pieces but drum pieces. So I succumb to those options at that point t cause I was trapped in the round-a-bout drive-thru death/robbery setup they call a drive thru. More like slow-thru this drive-thru then shoot-thru! WTH I want my money back. FrFr.
