The fact that I called as I placed the order to ask for them to make sure half of the pizza does not get cheese and they told me that they couldn’t do that because they won’t remember….. I proceeded to ask if they can make a note about that single pizza on the ticket itself and they just tell me that they are too busy, so if you have an allergy I recommend that you never go to this Papa John’s because in the future they are going to end up putting someone in the hospital with a carefree attitude like that in a service industry. I’m just appalled at the fact that if someone has a allergy Papa John’s obviously doesn’t care for your safety.

I really used to enjoy Papa Johns pizza…and I love the cookie dessert. But I just can’t willingly fork out nearly $30 for a pizza and a dessert and the ridiculous “delivery fee”. I recommend everyone go to SOUTHSIDE PIZZA, in Littleton….Their pizzas are amazing (better quality) and are way more affordable. Support local…screw chains and their overpriced product(s).
