Horrible! Please check your order before you leave because they won’t believe you that they didn’t make your sub correctly! Leave you on hold for 20 minutes! Had to go back, missed a whole lunch break to take my sandwich back because they they messed up, oh but the Manager knows she made it correctly!!! Manager, never got on the phone!!! Wanted too replace with a smaller sub, really!! However, when I get back the manager wasn’t the one that made it, but I already knew that! No apology just looking silly. Customer service is hard to find! Won’t ever return here. It can’t be that hard to make a sub, correctly! Terrible service, go somewhere else!! Oh and the General Manager was there, what a joke!! I had no reason to lie about what missing

I thoroughly enjoyed my sub. The staff is friendly and the sub was worth the money. I needed a break from subway. Thank you for wearing masks while preparing food for the public during a pandemic.

Been a while but got disappointed. I’m used to ask for sandwich without bread bcs I’m Celiac and don’t like GF bread from here. The personnel had no idea how to do this, and the tiny bowl they give me not only super small but no mayo, no pickle? Ask for no onion and yes they add onions. This for $8.69. Sorry Firehouse, loved it but not anymore. I have a pic that shows bowl smaller than my hand like one scoop ice cream bowl. Never was served like this before. Used to be a deserving portion for that price.

Akeelah!! Akeelah!! She gave me the BEST!! customer service i have ever had! She deserves a raise!! And promotion! She deserves recognition!! She deserves flowers for the kindness she showed me & my niece yesterday! Never knew they had hats for kids in all my years going there. The place is so hit or miss(more miss), every other employee will make your sub different(if they don’t like mustard you better not either), the bread comes out half baked(wheat bread so light I thought they gave me the wrong sub), and it’s just a disappointing experience because I’ve been to so much better Firehouses. All of these things happen daily here so go in expecting subway you you might leave with something good.

Lovely Firehouse Subs. The employees an atmosphere is super nice, the restaurant is clean and inviting. Also top notch bathroom service, very well maintained and stocked. Also food was super yummy, and hot n fresh upon receiving. Furthermore, I’d fully recommend this Firehouse, so if your stopping by grab a sub an maybe a yummy chocolate chip cookie on your way out.

I love Firehouse Subs, so good. Today, Rose took my order on the phone (possibly the first time ever I was not put on hold to place my order). She was kind, polite and has a lovely voice. I was lucky to meet her in person as she also cashed me out in store. Rose took the time to make sure I had everything I ordered and is the most pleasant person I’ve meet in a faster food establishment in a really long time. Well. Usually my favorite sub. I just got 4 sandwiches for my family and spent $60 and I guess they are now deciding to give you half the meat than usual, less toppings than typical and basically all were bread sandwiches……. And the awesome pickle you get with your sandwiches….. 1 out of 4 sandwiches had it. Guess I’m gonna have to search for another sandwich place. Soooo disappointed.

Sub was okay. I know that delivery would be a little expensive, but when it said 5.19 for a side salad, I was shocked at the small portion. There were huge chunks of lettuce that I couldn’t even eat as well so it made it that much less of a portion. I paid >30.00 for a large sub and a side salad. For what I paid, they lost a customer.
