Very good portions, well served presintation is awesome just had some Patos of Beef, Cheese & Avocado very good I recomend their food. But, idk I feel this location needs to fix a small detail, and that’s the stench as you go in, like maybe skeptic tank, kinda like sewer. That’s the only downfall. And try and sit in the far end of the restaurant it won’t smell that bad. But from the entrance to the register, it’s pretty bad stench. Kinda makes you lose your appetite, but I feel people are there already and cope with the smell. So yea, El Pato, fix this… and staff thx for your services and hospitality.

Love this place !! They have all the tacos you want . And there is always a long line , so you know it’s good . One of my favorite places to go for breakfast!! Love my potato and egg tacos !! I think I have had all their different tacos!! And it helps that the staff is always so nice and friendly!!

I ordered online and they had it ready by exactly the time it said, so props to them! Service was ok but quick. Plates are inexpensive so also a plus! Forgot the default isn’t scrambled eggs so that’s on me, but overall the food was good!

This is absolutely the worst place to eat if u want to feel welcomed. The food looked microwaved. I ordered enchiladas and the tortillas were like rubber and my side of avocado had brown in it. The worst part of my experience was the customer service. No welcome when we entered the door. Then I stood there for at least 10 minutes until we were acknowledged by the cashier. Finally put my order in and then the cashier hands me 4 cups when I only asked for 3. So I had to wait for a refund. The cashier kept calling the manager who was in the kitchen and she would not come to the front to do my refund until about 5 more minutes of standing there waiting. I didn’t get an apology or a thank you. Then we waited an additional 35 minutes just to get our food. When I went up to the front to ask where my order was the cashier replied with an attitude that there were many orders ahead of ours and we would just have to wait. Finally when we got our food, they didn’t bring us our salsa and Pico de Gallo. When I told the employee, she told me I had to go to the front and get it myself. The drink station was dirty and no straws. My family and I will never return to this location ever again. Very horrible experience. Rude staff. Rude unprofessional management. I recommend a different location other than WESLACO.

My husband has talked about how amazing this food is for years and I finally got to try it and I have to say it was worth the hype. Everything was fresh and so delicious. We ate there 3 different days and never had the same thing. Everything we ate was great. Wish there was one closer to where we live. We will definitely be back when we are in town

Giving 5 stars only because an employee named Matthew is the kindest and most accurate drive-thru worker encountered. He’s the only person that double-checks the order and explains what items are in which bag. He’s the only drive thru employee who proactively offers salsa. Other times, if I don’t remember to ask first, I’m given nothing. Otherwise the food is decent for the price. Sometimes the refried beans are re-refried, I once found hair in the enchiladas (last year), sometimes the diced potatoes are overcooked, but the prices are very affordable. Idky I love their coffee so much, it’s good and gives me that caffeine kick. And for the love of God, please fix the damn pothole near drive thru!

Their chicken guisado with beans was good el pato taco. But they their special plate of enchiladas with fajitas was not so great fajita meat tasted like it was kinda old. Did not taste like fresh cooked meat. So that really made a dent in my food taste of the meal. I would rather stick with the guisado plates. Thank you.

Bacon and egg pato 10/10 perfect, was piping hot and not greasy. Chips and queso 9/10 great consistency and just the right kick spice wise but I needed more chips lol so -1. Fajita pato with white cheese 6/10. Flavor was good but too greasy for me.
