My husband and I ordered a 50 piece lemon pepper for the fight. When we arrived, the order was not ready and they could not find the order. We finally got our order in all that chaos of other people order not being ready at 8 pm. To make a long story short, we got the wings home and the wings were extra hard and feathers galore. We called the next morning and was told we had to have the receipt for the order to be replaced or refunded. When you’re expecting the order to good, you don’t hang on to the receipt. The worse service ever. Money wasted. There was about 6 wings eaten and I was so disgusted by all the feathers, we threw them away. Never again will you get our business.

I specifically asked for half flats and half drums. In fact, the cashier insured that’s what I’d get. Well, she lied… This wingstop truly sucks. The wings were dried out, and the fries were cold. Avoid it at all costs.

I Wouldn’t think that I would be giving 4/5 stars to a Wing Stop, but here I am, it’s the first time that I get my order right on time, actually 6 min earlier. The staff was friendly, but they felt a bit kind of overwhelmed, which I don’t blame them, they just need to own it more, and find a way to have fun while focusing on having the right orders and in the right time that’s all. Service is poor I called talked to the girl on the phone at 902 she placed my order and here it is an hour later and my son is still waiting for the good no explanation nothing just we are working on it. Absolutely ridiculous. They said it would be ready at 932 and it is currently 1010.

No point in ordering online. Might as well just wait my order was suppose to be ready 20 minutes ago I’m still waiting. They don’t let you know about how much longer you may have. Then have an attitude when you do ask. Just go out to eat instead of dealing with it. I’ve asked multiple times about my order now 25 minutes after it’s suppose to be ready the guy tells me they’re about to start working on it. This place trash horrible customer service and it’s plenty workers so that’s no excuse this time.
