We stopped at Big Papi’s on our way from Morgantown to Crozet VA. What wonderful service and amazing food !!! The chicken Tinga tacos were outstanding and our daughter loved the rice and quesadillas. Thank you guys!!

When we walked in the door we were greated right away and one of the men behind the counter showed me and my friend over to the ordering kiosks and even took the time to show us how to use it and explain several of the items to us. We got our food really fast and everything was great! You could tell everything was fresh, I also tried the melon agua fresca and it was so good and refreshing! This is probably my new favorite resturant and I will be visiting the Frederick location soon! I can’t say enough good things about this place!

My daughter and husband love the Frederick location so my husband and I tried the Hagerstown one. The food was good but the music was so unreasonably loud we had to take our food to go. In the time it took us to order and eat our food outside we didn’t see one person during lunch dine in. Why offer dine in service if you are going to play the music so loud its impossible to have a conversation? When we asked the staff about it they assured us the music was always this loud. We LOVE this type of food and eat it often, but because of the excessively loud music we will continue to eat at restaurants where we can have a civilized conversation without yelling. HUGE turnoff.

THE HOSPITALITY 10/10 ✨I’m not from here and I was looking for a taco spot and this definitely was it! The staff was so incredibly kind both times I went, at night we came in and the vibes were onnnn! Bad bunny playin, the servers were so kind to me and my guy. THE FOOD was so well served and hot *chefskiss* in total we had the Birria Ramen 10/10, the Surf n Turf Tacos and the carnita tacos 10/10 we also tried the esquite with and without the hot Cheetos and both were 10/10 too! Definitely with the money! Also the agua de limon, melón and horchata was super yummy too!

Visited for the first time today for lunch and was extremely satisfied. The quickness in preparing the food, the cleanliness of the location, and the excellent customer service from the entire staff we interacted with. Spent almost $200 and it was very well spent for a first timer. Manager/owner (didn’t get his name) was even nice enough to give us extra chips and salsa for free. Will definitely be going back again. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food. Keep up the great work!

I was so excited to try this place out. When I ordered the Carnitas taco I didn’t realize you would only get one small taco instead of three like most places give. I’m on top of that. The only thing in the taco was meat no other vegetables or anything and it was extremely cold and the corn tortilla was extremely hard. I just was hoping for a better experience I guess.
