I wish I could rate this zero stars. Absolutely the worst pizza place I’ve ever dealt with and on multiple occasions. Every time we order from this place, there is always something wrong with our order. Tonight, we received the wrong order entirely. After calling 9 times, my wife finally gets through to someone who immediately gets an attitude when my wife asked for a refund on our order since we didn’t receive what WE ordered. The hateful woman on the phone refused to give us her name, threatened to call the cops, and was just downright disrespectful. She didn’t want to give a refund, she wanted to be snarky and rude. I really hope the owners of this place take a look at how their customers are being treated. The comment was made that they’re super busy and things go wrong, I get that, but every time? Every single time? My wife was then told that she should come down here and work since it’s soo easy. I’ve worked in entry level jobs before. It’s not that tough. I sincerely hope the owner of this restaurant sees this review .

Don’t waste your money. They now use door dash to delivery pizza. I never received my order and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. A good manager should have offered to do something. I had no food and was out of $50. They gave me the number to door dash just to be told that I would have to talk to Pizza Hut customer service! I will not be ordering from this location again!

So we order here frequently for delivery. And my husband get the BBQ pizza with no onions because he is deathly allergic, however the last two times we ordered they ignored the request of no onions. And we call to get it corrected, and yes they send us the pizza free but they put it at the end of the other orders. So it t a kes an additional hour to arrive I’m sorry but that is just bad customer service. You can’t just make it immediately and send it out?

The staff are friendly, and the store is very clean. Its always pleasant picking up Pizza here. I live within walking distance of another pizza chain, and I am always more than happy to cross the AL/TN border to visit this Pizza Hut for the quality and taste. Never disappoints!
