The website, just like Chili’s where this place is allegedly located, doesn’t allow Canadians to order because we have a six-digit alphanumeric zip code. Being “virtual kitchen” inside select Chili’s restaurants shouldn’t mean that Canadians aren’t allowed to pay. This is a ridiculous oversight for any business, but especially those located near the longest international border in the world.

Second time getting sick from their boneless wings. The first time I put it off as possibly something else I ate. This time I’m certain that’s what it was. I ordered boneless wings with a side ranch both times. Skip it unless you’re okay with spending the majority of your day in the bathroom

When its good, its great. Get the smoked bone-in wings, all else is a waste of gut space. On the downside, when something goes wrong with your online order, you’re hopeless. You can’t actually call anybody and have them take an order, or modify an order, or speak to a human being that can do anything to help you. Calling the number for ItsJustWings ( which is the same number as Chili’s ) and asking about issues on your order is hopeless. Another big miss is that you cannot specify on the website form “Sauces on the Side”, this is not at all possible with the current website. If you want them to give you plain wings, so you yourself can put sauce on them at home so they don’t get soggy in the containers, there is no way to specify this on the web form. The only option is to order Just Plain wings, and then buy more sauces for more $$$ when you should already have a way to keep the sauces on your order but ask them to NOT pour them over your wings first. Everything is done by an automated, online, clueless, buggy Google webserver robot, so if and when the website is down or has errors, you’re all out of luck. That being said, this is the only place around that offers bulk smoked chicken wings.

This is a Chili’s, not a wing place. Checked-In, waited outside for 20 minutes, finally went in and the person running the orders to the cars said she messed up and forgot to bring mine out. No apology or refund, just cold food.

The “Buffalo” wings have no sauce, just some weird flavoring. This is also just chili’s selling under another name so you don’t know these products are terrible Chili’s wings. “It’s just wings” also mandates that you buy fries with your terrible chili’s wings.
