Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor.
Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada.
Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community.

Café Mocha
Everything’s better with hot chocolate—including espresso! Our mocha is a rich combination of two parts Ghirardelli hot cocoa with one-part espresso. You can even order it with drip coffee instead of espresso if you please.
Mochaccino
It’s a Ghirardelli hot cocoa with a big extra dose of wake-me-up in the form of espresso. Now you can satisfy your chocolate craving while perking up at the same time.

Brewed Coffee
Ah, the classic. This is our go-to here at Beans–we’re famous for the High Altitude Roasting that gives our brews a smooth intensity. We use 100% Arabica coffee beans and produce a flavor you can’t find anywhere else.
Espresso
It’s rich, it’s aromatic, and it packs a punch! We roast our beans at high altitude, then finely grind them and force high-pressure water over them to produce this extra-dark, extra-delicious pick-me-up.
Eye Opener
Slow morning? We have the solution. Enjoy our French roast brew with two added shots of espresso. That’s one for each sleepy eye.
Americano
For an Americano, we add a shot of espresso to piping-hot water to create a drink as strong as a drip coffee, but with the rich flavor and aroma you only find with an espresso.

Today I went and got an iced coffee through the drive through and when I picked up my cup to take a sip, I found that the lid was not secured on correctly and ALL of the coffee spilled all over my shirt, pants, and drivers seat. When I called to let them know, there was no manager on staff and the person I spoke to showed no empathy or concern and said the best she could do is refund my order. The cost of replacing my entire outfit, cleaning the car, and loss of time all before work is definitely greater than a silly $5 refund.

I went to this beans location on my way to work instead of the normal one I go to. Threw off my whole morning. They had me waiting with no cars in front of me for over 10 minutes (still waiting) at the drive thru order station with a huge line of cars behind me. No one greeted me and no one is replying on the order station. I just got to the window to order and they told me they lost 7 customers because of me.

This is, hands down, the BEST Beans and Brews location. The staff is super friendly and kind. The owner bends over backwards, to train his staff in excellent communication and customer service skills, and will go above and beyond, if there is a question, or concern. I have been coming here, for three years, and often spend my Wednesday mornings here, drinking coffee and reading. My husband and I come here, every Sunday morning, for our veggie burrito and decaf Americano. We are just sad that the franchise did away with our favorite Vegan burrito (not their fault), and we don’t really like the two new flavors, so that is a bummer. Their Americano coffee is delicious!!
