This is an unassuming place, but the food and drinks are amazing. We made a stop in the area on the way to Boston and came here since this was the best rated restaurant close to our hotel. They have a spaghetti pesto, which is surprisingly good. My wife got the fried rice, which was also great, and it went well with the sauce that comes complimentary. The cocktails, especially since the Peruvian sour, was unique. Will recommend it. It’s slightly pricey.

Just spent $33 on a Jalea Especial with half a burnt crab, rubbery calamari, 2 disgustingly fishy mussels, & 3 shrimp. Their aji is bland, the maduros were undercooked on the inside. So disappointed. The chaufa was decent. Waste of $70.

Service with a smile from the moment we walked in. We placed an order to go and the food was ready in less than 15 mins. It was nicely packed, the portions were plentiful and it was really delicious. First time at this newer location. Other than the original address on Atlantic near the Palace, nothing has changed, their food is always consistently good and the service is always superb. Definitely returning to this one also!

Unfortunately, I’d have to give a 1 star review due to finding a staple in my food. I literally could have been harmed had I not bit down on the metal staple and realized that it was mixed in with my rice. Eat at your own risk.
