Great Mexican spot. We were visiting the area and decided to try it out, glad we did. We were seated quickly and had a very friendly server. Some of us got flights of margaritas(not too much alcohol in them) the mix was good though. They give you humongous portions of food. All of our food was good and flavorful. The margarita bowl is huge as well and pretty good. Overall I would definitely go back again if in the area.

Where to start when talking about Torito Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere and environment were nice. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the aromas from the food. When I say the food was good, it was extremely good. The birria tacos were on point and the chicken Street tacos was delicious. The only issue with the food was the desert. We got churros, and they were cold and bland.

Very interesting Mexican Restaurant, great service, nice drink flights, and the environment is pretty much like a restaurant in Mexico, the food was good served in enormous plates but very kind portions, music is good and good selection of different tequilas.

My tacos were very soggy and completely fell apart, hardly any lettuce, no cheese and no cilantro, not anything like the menu described. The server was polite, but we sat there finished eating for a long time before he reappeared, but still without our check and it was not at all busy in there so no reason for the lack of service. I feel that the food was expensive for what we got. Felt ripped off. I paid $54.00 for two people to eat tacos and regular/non-alcoholic drinks for lunch. Maybe something else on the menu would’ve been better, but I won’t be back if they can’t get tacos right.

Previously gave this place a higher rating but after our last visit I had to adjust my rating. Unfortunately, we had a “visitor” drop down on our table. Now having worked in the restaurant industry for most of my life I understand things happen no matter how clean you keep your restaurant. But I also understand that when this happens you need to do whatever you can to make it right. As soon as the roach appeared on our table, my husband killed it with his napkin and we immediately switched tables. When we informed the waiter he apologized but then that’s all we heard about it. No manager came to the table and no explanation was given. I wanted to just walk out, but again having worked in the industry, I did not want to penalize the server for something that is not their fault, so we paid and left. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I am still creeped out just thinking about it.

New Restaurant on Rt 1 Danvers. Torito’s Mexican Restaurant & Bar. The restaurant was really bright and colorful and festive. The bar was very large and the bartender was very friendly. I went in on a Tuesday night night and there was a good amount of people in there. That’s how I knew it should probably be good. Well the food that I got to try was really good fresh. And the margaritas are huge. And they have regular size and extra large size. The one in the pictures regular oh boy. All in all it was a good experience I enjoyed the décor the food and the drinks I definitely recommend.
