Arby’s has always had decent food, never to outrageous kinda under the radar for a fast food restaurant. I have never gotten anything greasy at Arby’s hamburger meat, and certain I don’t think you can avoid grease. That’s why certain fast food places will probably never be able to avoid greasy items. It looks like they added that, hopefully, this will add to their customer base. I shouldn’t talk. I had cheese fries.✖️

I have to brag on this Arby’s! Probably the best Arby’s I have ever been to. My food was really hot & fresh! Customer service was excellent & the manager even came out o speak with us! The place was nice & clean as well as the restrooms! Great job guys! Stopped while travelling through the area.

We sat in line for almost 15 minutes with only one car in front of us. When we finally got our food ,it was barely warm. The jalapeño poppers tasted like they had been cooked hours earlier and stuck in a microwave. Same with the sandwiches and they didn’t put the sauce in like requested. This used to be a great place to eat. Don’t know what is going on there now.

Went to get the Bourbon BBQ Counry Style Rib Sandwich and placed the family’s order then the cashier who seemed lost informed me that that Sandwich was not available. Arby’s is known for this and knows that people will just order something else rather than leave. This is what I did for the last time at any restaurant. Arby’s is the highest priced fast food chain even more now with inflation. I’ll just walk out if I can’t get what I came there to get.

Ordered on the app waited in parking lot till it said ready went inside order wasn’t ready yet. Then waited as my order was skipped over multiple times as I could see their screen clearing off orders behind mine as mine was not even being made and others got their food before me. I just think that’s ridiculous they skipped over an online takeout order multiple times when my order wasn’t even big just 2 meals.

I was starving and thought I could get a hot meal at Arby’s. I order the fish with curly fries and it was cold. The cheese on the sandwich was ice cold and the fries were not fresh. The big black boy was so rude and he had bad breath. I asked him if he could melt the cheese and he kept asking a question instead of trying to fix the problem. Their customer service was awful! I will never eat at Morehead city Arby’s again!
