Went to Ross and saw the Deli Delight sign and thought ok I’ll bite. It was around 1150 and figured I’d get a sandwich for lunch, I walked in an noticed this place was huge. Looked like a Ice cream shop/ Deli? I was confused a bit by the offerings on the wall so went with what I knew, the Ruben sammich, ordered with fries.

Great food, great service! Had a sandwich but was told the burgers are the most popular, and looking around everyone had a burger on their plate. I’ll definitely try it next time. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is my new sandwich spot in Medford.

If I could give zero stars I would. Over 13 dollars for a cheeseburger meal, gave me the smallest size drink possible and didn’t even full up the bag of fries. I got a bag of fries only a quarter of the way filled. I don’t understand how a hole in the wall place that has lottery machines and is littered with tweakers feels like they can charge restaurant prices but this is ridiculous. Will never be returning here again

So delicious! I was recently in town and stopped by Deli Delight for lunch…I am allergic to wheat, and they totally accommodated me by wrapping my double bacon cheeseburger (which was amazing!!!) in lettuce. My fella had Ron’s Chicken burger, and my son had the chicken strips; we were all very pleased with our food. The service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the quality was impeccable. Carrie (one of the owners) let me try just about every ice cream flavor before I settled on the NY Cheesecake frozen yogurt (yum!). We will definitely be back next time we pass through Medford. A total favorite!
