We got there at 1:30 so we were past the prime lunchtime. The pizza buffet was okay, I think it would have been very good straight from the oven but it had been under the buffet heat lamps too long. The buffet was $10.65 a head. I’d be willing to try them again during prime time, but at an off time I’d just order off the menu next time.

So I’ve order from here about 3 times, pizza is always very good, this time I ordered a pizza and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich so I could try the sandwiches you guys service, it’s not that the sandwich was gross just not what I expected . After eating the sandwich fully only because I was pretty hungry from a long day at work and no food I ate it all but I called and asked if the Philly cheesesteak is normally served raw with the veggies she advised yes. I’ve never had a Philly this way so it’s new for me, when I eat a Philly anywhere I been well any state Its been the veggies are sautéed which honestly to me is the best part about it and the melted cheese with the meat. The meat was kinda dry and basically like a basic sandwich and there to be frank for a $10 sandwich wasn’t much meat or veggie.I like to see a way for the veggies to be cooked and not a very thin layer of meat or veggies. It was mostly bread I ate. I also feel that with a pickle being served it not being wrapped up with the sandwich and being a hot pickle. Other than that the pizza with you guys has always been good with my family and we feed 5 here. Thank you for your time in making our meal.

It took over an hour to get my pizza after being told 30 to 40 minutes. When they finally got it here, it was cold. When i called, they offered to remake it, and the manager offered a discount on my next order. I’ve been going with downhome pizza for years now. Think it might be time to go to the slice pizza if a discount on the NEXT order is the only response to delivery this pathetic. Luckily, when I finally received my pizza (after an hour and a half of waiting, 4 phone calls, and paying for it) the pizza itself was good.

I don’t know if it’s just the times, but product has really gone down hill. First don’t serve sauce that was supposed to be tossed out 6 days ago. And the xlarge pizza has shrunk apparently? They are taking a medium and cutting the slices in half to call it an extra large. No man let’s just call it what it is. And the Pizza itself was rubber so much cheese yuck. With products like this not sure I will be ordering again. Staff I will say is always friendly just wish the product was as top notch as the service.

First time here. Walked in ordered 2 large pizzas and bread sticks. The young lady told me 15 minutes. I gave them 20 minutes and it was ready. First thing I noticed was that it smelled amazing!! Had my mouth watering on the way home! It did not disappoint!! Pizza was delicious! Bread sticks were good. Loved the marinara sauce! Definitely will be back!!

This was my first time visiting Down Home Pizza. The service was excellent and the food was amazing! I ordered a pepperoni passion pizza and an order of spaghetti. Definitely my favorite pizza place in this area!

I’ve heard so many great things about this place and decided to give it a try yesterday. Came in at 1pm to be told the lunch buffet was over and we could only have the 2.5 pizzas that were left on the buffet. The sign said ends at 1:15pm but I figured the buffet would have at least had more than 2.5 pizzas on it. Not to mention since we were told no other pizzas were coming out we were still charged full price. The pizzas were old and no breadsticks or anything. Should’ve just went somewhere else. None of that bothered me as bad as the customer service did yesterday. Didn’t even get thanked for coming in or refills on our drinks. 23.00 for nothing. Probably won’t be back.
