I’m not sure how they keep employees at this location. Seems like a management power trip. I understand being able to joke around with employees but this was not joking around. I debated if I should do a review and thought how the people there had to be miserable and also making customers uncomfortable, then I checked this locations reviews and see a common complaint, so here I am. Our food also took 20 minutes, with no apology on how long it took. Good luck Burger King. You need some oversight at this location we won’t be back for awhile

Worried about the young ladies that work there. They made a mistake on our order so we went back thru the the young lady got the manager, he came to the window and said what’s the problem. My son told him about the order, then the Manger said so what did you pay for. My son said, well I ordered 2 numbers 2’s not sure what we actually paid for. The manager got irrational and all puffed up . Then he took the Lord’s name in vain and told us to pull up and it will take ten minutes. One of the young ladies came out and apologized. Coming from a long life as working as a manager, I have never seen such unprofessional conduct. With so many new fast foods popping up around there, this manager needs a serious reality check. I could just imagine how he treats his employees, after the image he just put out.

Just came through not 20 minutes ago. The girl at the window was very rude while taking the order and nonverbal during the transfer of money and food. No smile, no thank you here’s your change, have a nice day, nothing. Rude is rude either spoken or not. In other words customer courtesy at this store does not exist, Just saying! This is not the first time that I’ve had issues with rudeness of employees at this store including managers.

Stopped by to get a couple of double cheeseburgers. Ask for ketchup and onion on the burgers. Was told that they didn’t come that way. I said I thought your motto was have it your way. Was told they come with ketchup, mustard and pickle. Basically told take it or Leave it. Very poor customer relations. Reported to their headquarters, received an apology. I was told that shouldn’t have happened but nothing they could do because it was a franchise. Won’t ever be back. It’s the only thing I can.

Was going to go here for breakfast, they weren’t open yet, some people have to be at work at 6am, come on people, if you’re going to have breakfast on the menu then actually open for breakfast at 5 or earlier, the day’s half over by the time you open at 6am

I just left the Burger King in Anna Illinois and to my surprise I found this in my bag of hash browns. At first I thought it was a cooked worm then it looked like a piece of lint. I have no idea what it really is but I’m not happy about it …and…My sandwich wasnt warm and my cheese was no where near melted…Not happy at all.

The store was nice the staff was polite, however they forgot half my order lol then when they went back for it they hadn’t given us straws so we had to ask for those. Then when we got home the sauces we ordered weren’t in the bag. The burgers were smothered in onions which I didn’t realize was a thing they did so I wasn’t very pleased with that. But it wasn’t wrong or anything. It was okay.
