Walked in and placed my initial order and was told they are out of what I had asked for. I totally understood and changed my order to what other options were provided to me by the staff. Proceeded to wait for my order while I see another staff member making the very same type of sandwiches for the patrons after me. I counted 8 customers served and their order was completed after me. Soon after another staff member “Jay” notified me that they were out of the product I had ordered and and paid for.

This Dunkin is about what you’d expect. Service is generally fine and fairly quick, although quality can be hit or miss (cheese may not always be melted on sandwiches, occasionally forget a drink flavor). Parking can be tough when busy but this place is good for a quick coffee in Newton Center.

I go here almost every morning before I walk across the street to work….the same people are always there and the lady at the register is a sweetheart! However, the lady there with the short hair, I believe its red, is SUPER RUDE. The last few times I’ve been in there I’d thank her for handing me my food/coffee and she shoots me the MEANEST stank eye. I’m almost positive she’s a manager….and if that’s the case she shouldn’t be. If I stop coming to this location, she’ll be the reason.

I had the worst experience at this Dunkin Donuts. Right when I went to order two of the Dunkin’ Donuts Employees were arguing about who was going home. Not only that it was unprofessional, the yelling was obviously loud and audible for everyone in the building. I also witness one of the employeees getting frustrated. And dropped a coffee she was making for the order before me and yelled “if you think you can run the shop better ,then go ahead, be my guest “. Another complaint I had, is they always put way to much cream in your coffee. Like where is the coffee? Also my food was cold! I don’t think I’ll be going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts

I have attempted to visit this establishment twice. The first time, it took roughly 10 minutes to move two people through the line. Seeing as I was 5th in line, I had to leave and grab something at Peet’s across the road so as not to be late to work.
