We don’t normally do McDonald’s but we needed a quick meal before cheer practice and my daughter was dying for an Elemental happy meal. Walked in at 5:10 and stood at the counter for ten minutes without so much as a hello. Three people in the restaurant and two in the drive through when we walked in so it wasn’t particularly busy. The lady wearing the drive through headset walked by us twice handing out food. The girl up front was restocking the condiments but not interested in making eye contact and acknowledging we were there. Two more employees at least were in the kitchen area laughing very loudly over how hot this guy was on one of their phones. At this point we had stood here for literally 10 minutes seeing multiple employees and never so much as being acknowledged. When I saw the lady working the drive through standing to the side and eating chicken nuggets that was enough for me and we left. What is the point of fast food if it’s more difficult than sit down and not much cheaper. So tired of terrible experiences every time I accidentally wander into a McDonald’s.

I preordered my food via the app. I went through the drive thru and was told to pull up and wait, that was over 10 minutes ago. I only ordered two items. Six vehicles have came and gone since I have been sitting here. Do not recommend. Go to Wendy’s at exit 29.

I put my mobile order in at 8:55 pm. My lunch break is from 9-9:30 and I got to McDonald’s at 9:04. Didn’t leave outta the place until 9:25. That is beyond ridiculous!!
