I put light on the spicy salsa and they didn’t do that, it was full blast. Plus, there was an additional 10-15 minute wait even though I ordered ahead of time, using thier app, so for these reasons, they got marked down.

I really like Chipotle. Food is fresh. I can easily choose what goes in my bowl. The chips and rice are my favorite items; the hint of lime set them apart from others. Their quesadillas are very good also.

The restaurant was super clean and the employees were great. Friendly and smiling. The only problem is that the music was really loud. At least they tried to turn it down when I asked them to. We ordered vegetarian salad and Carnitas bowl and they were both delicious and the food portions were generous. Everything was fresh and tasty. The location add cooler decor and lots of outdoor seating for people that want that.

I found brown amberish hairs in BOTH of the bowls that I ordered. Can’t call the store directly, chipotle makes you talk to customer service which is horrible as well she offered me a refund then took it back and just loaded one free item on my reward account!!

Usually this location is good but last time I came, it was quite busy and the person making my order was very stingy on the ingredients from rice all the way down to lettuce. It was quite disappointing that my food wasn’t consistent with the previous times I’ve come here.

SO RUDE NEVER GOING BACK. Workers were more interested in closing hours before didn’t want to get lettuce or guacamole. Then when asked for my flour tortilla with my bowl they tried to charge me extra for every bowl. I’ve always received with it. Instead of the manager giving she argued they changed that. Done with Chipotle to many other places want my buisness. I rarely actually never wrote reviews especially if bad but I couldn’t believe how I was treated like putting them out to just seve me.

Fine when I came at an off hour. Came at Sunday 6:30 and they were noticeably understaffed. Struggling to keep up with the dining room no more than 1/3 full. Management needs to figure out how to get the store staffed. I got the smallest burrito I’ve ever received from a Chipotle and my wife’s bowl was half empty after the rice/bean/meat stations. Risk to lose business with service like this.
