I had a large order on a busy time of day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly as well. The only complaint I have is they never give receipts, I paid cash and needed this. Had to make a trip back to get it, and then the same friendly guy, didn’t seem so friendly.

(this was inside the Starbucks at the target in Tulsa Hills) I asked if they had a certain item and the cashier (Her name was Karma) gave an attitude for no reason ): I was being nice and I asked politely and she came at me with “so what do you want??” After that I panicked and just ordered my drinks, and they got the first one right but the second one was set down and didn’t look like mine, and the barista didn’t bother calling out a name, so I asked “hey is this one mine?” And I didn’t even get acknowledged. I have really bad anxiety so I just grabbed it and left, but man am I disappointed. Normally I have really great experiences with Starbucks (like the standalone one down by 81st Street) super mega disappointed to say the least. I don’t even know what I did wrong. Safe to say I will only ever order online now.

Staff here is excellent, well trained and professional. The service is fairly quick, orders are seldom incorrect. The drive through does get congested during lunch and afternoon peak business hours. The lobby is smallish but very comfortable seating and designer furniture have been added.

Amy is the sweetest Starbucks barista I’ve ever encountered. She held a conversation with each client (while working on their order) and was extraordinarily friendly despite being the only employee. She deserves 5 stars, but this location deserves few stars for only having one employee available on a weekday morning with 3-4 people in line at any given time. Amy had to ring up a customer then make their food and drinks while others waited. A manager or second employee could have been there to help for the morning rush. Starbucks can afford it!

The girl that did my drink was amazing, I didn’t get a chance to find out her name but she is by far the best barista that I have ever had. She also made my drinks amazing, and welcomed us in as soon as we stepped in, asking us what we would like as she was doing other drinks then remembered what we wanted and got right on it as soon as she finished the other drinks. she was an amazing multitasker.

I had asked for a hot water she looked at me asked if was going to poor it on some one I said no I need to warm my son’s milk he is 2 months old and I breastfeed and had some still frozen. She told me that if I wasn’t going buy food my son don’t need to eat either told me go beep myself I walked away but will never go back no matter what. My son is 2 months I don’t what her problems is that’s not fair to hin
