Love La Brasa! They have the best fresh Latin food. I have their food every week. I like this location because they have a drive-thru and you can choose to dine in which we did and it was clean. My go-to meal is their chicken & fries, fried rice, chicken noodle soup. I highly recommend you to try their food! Prices are great, you’ll be hooked!

Customer service is poor, you can order confirm your order and pay, try to get a refund if the order isn’t correct. They told me after I paid they didn’t have the item(S) for my order. Management or employee roles should be swap for smoother transaction for both the staff and customer. I watch a manger verbally assault with profanity a paying customer that had children with them. We won’t be going back.

Absolutely delicious food and fantastic service. I have visited the drive thru several times and this location remains consistently excellent. The staff is warm and friendly, order is always correct, and the wait time is very minimal. Way better than their competitors!

They started charging rice and beans as 2 separate sides and that’s just not right. In Latino restaurants rice and beans have always 1 item and expected too. They didn’t always do it, I went to order and saw that being done now and just said nope. If a Latino owns that restaurant, shame shame. I’ll go to a more authentic place instead.

The chicken, rice, beans and plantains are better and less expensive than pollo tropical. They have special sauces. We get the whole chicken with two sides. The service is very good. We always do take out but you can eat inside.
