I want to start saying this, if you want a very well done CEVICHE, this is the place. It was perfect!!!! Other food didn’t impress me, and honestly I considered a little expensive. Reason that support the price comment: the attention. I just entered in the place and nobody received me in there, I had to walk inside to found out what to do. Most of the personal was sitting in the last table at the end of the restaurant and they wasn’t very attentive during my time in the restaurant. So, when I pay for a meal, I am also paying for the service, that should be kind, attentive and nice, that’s make me come back to a place. Maybe that day, the waitresses where tired, or the day was slow, but is your job, and your attention gives an impression, yes or yes.

First time trying Peruvian and Ceviche Bar did not disappoint. Amazing!!!! The food was fresh and beyond tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered the Papa la Huancaina which was the perfect ratio of comfort, spice, and cheese. For our meals we had the Lomo Saltado and the Tallarines Saltados and both were delicious! The flavor just can’t be beat and everything just tastes like it was made with love. I’m always so happy to find local family owned places to support. I highly suggest you check them out, a little awkward to get into the plaza but worth it! Enter from the back right by the drop off for Goodwilll.

My family and I are peruvians and we love to check out local spots when visiting any new state. The food here is delicious and so authentic that my family of 4 left super happy. We had the most flavorful ceviche de Corvina, Tallarin huacaina w/ Bistec and Lomo saltado. Everything was flavorful, portions were big and worth every penny. We were so full that we didnt have space to try any of the yummy desert items but next time we will for sure. We love supporting small business and most especially family run businesses. We were welcomed by our waiter who was wonderful, he was very attentive and kind. The owner who is the chef, checked in on us as well and she was so sweet and made us feel like family. We raved about the food and service as we will definitely be back when in Port St Lucie again.
