Very dirty inside. Sauce on the floor. Paper on the tables. Tables wet where drinks was. Food crumbs on it. I told the person behind the counter she said they will get to it later. Then she came out wiped down 2 tables onto the seats and left it there. I told the manager sher said they had more important things to do in the back. And the dining area was the last thing on her list.

The ice cream is always good and the people were nice. It was kind of dirty, tables with crumbs and sticky stuff on them. It’s a little pricey but for specialty ice cream on occasion, it’s worth it.

I haven’t been to DQ in years. I saw the puppy chow blizzard ad, so I was gonna order that. Well then I saw the “brookie” shown … Oreo, brownie & cookie pieces OMG!! DQ should cell cigarettes after that flavor!! ❤❤

Great place to grab a icecream treat. Katelyn was si hospitable and vibrant. I loved her energy. I happen to respond to her greeting like her grandmother. She literally thought I was her grandmother. She said u want your usual. I responded with how do u know me. She said oh wow My grandmother greets me with those exact words. I was so surprised. That made me smile. She was great. I will definitely be a regular to this DQ. Thank u Katlyn and keep that vibrant energy the world needs it.

National Cone day, Something that My family and I along with hundreds of thousands of other Families look forward to every year, So we opted to go inside, Where did our turn and ordered 3 cones. I paid to have all 3 of them dipped in chocolate, 5 customers ( 11 people ) got theirs before ours, Approximately half of those were dipped in chocolate, I’d asked the woman that finally brought us our cones why was the other customer’s orders given before ours since we was there before they, Her excuse was she was waiting on a bag of chocolate but yet once again approximately 5 to 6 of those cones that came out after we ordered that went to the customers before ours was dipped in chocolate, If owner’s, Regional district general managers want to reach out to me and that’s fine but as far as I’m concerned I’ll drive-in additional 6 miles across town to the Forest Park Dairy Queen Consider in that the Dairy Queen that I’m speaking of which is on Reed road or US-931 Creekside drive, is only 1 ½ miles from my home, I’ll drive the extra miles All the way across town and back home on the East Side of the county just to get good service that makes me feel that my money and my time is respected, Thank you…

Weird layout to the parking lot and a semi right next to the drive-through made me miss the speaker to order. I wait at the window for about 5 minutes and no one says anything. By this time there are three cars that came in behind me. Instead of telling me as soon as they noticed a person at the window when there were no other customers they looked at each other like “not my problem” and let people cut in line behind me; said I’d have to go to the back of the line that arrived after me. I thought maybe if I went inside I’d get helped sooner as there was no line. Nope. Has to wait another five minutes to just get a “I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” I finally just walked out. Next time I’ll just hit the other DQ on the west side of town or other places with ice cream.

Employees super friendly. I heard them laughing together which is uncommon anymore. I told one of them it was nice to hear them all get along. Dining room was very clean and I heard 2 of the managers talking nicely about the employees. Customers notice these things. It felt like they were a good crew.

They do not care about getting orders right, or letting people know they are out of an item. When i called they refused to answer 6 different times and when the manager finally answered they were extremely rude. 0/10 do not eat here

Worst experience at this DQ! Dont have any chicken products or reese’s cups candy. It took almost 20 minutes to get food and my French vanilla mootlatte came out with so much coffee it looked like hot chocolate and tasted like the blackest cup of espresso you could get!
