I live only 10 minutes from this restaurant, and whenever I want to have Burger King for dinner I always drive to another restaurant instead of this one. The food, the attention, the smell, the ambient are awful (I just decided to give them another chance today and they don’t even have AC in the restaurant during Florida Summer!). And the worst part is that’s the only Burger King in Narcoosee area, besides Airport. Definitely don’t eat here, drive somewhere else.

I ordered from this location from Bruger King’s app and the burgers that we got in return were not made correctly. They made them with no modifications, or as requested within the app. I have no intentions of order from this location. So much for “Having it your way”. More like have it the way it comes. Seems like a bit of False Advertisement as well. Also don’t expect much assistance from Burger King Corp Support, unless you are willing to get a credit for less than what it would cost you get what was messed up.

Staff somewhat friendly, but don’t expect too much. Soda machine had no ice and they will only give you 1/3 cup or less. Are you trying to win an award for fighting inflation? Tables weren’t very clean and the floor was VERY sticky.
